We ship to the United States. Order processing time is 3‑7 business days.
Free shipping is available for orders over $199. Standard shipping rate applies for orders below $199.
Returns & Refunds
All of our jewelry and accessory pieces are hand‑crafted and hand‑made to order. Due to the custom‑nature of handcrafted goods, all items are final sale and non‑returnable, non‑refundable.
If you insist on requesting a return for your hand‑made item, a compensation fee will be charged to cover material loss, labor cost and production losses incurred for your order. We will evaluate the compensation amount on a case‑by‑case basis before approving any return request.
Damaged Goods
If you receive damaged or defective items, please contact us within 3 calendar days upon receiving your package and provide clear photos of the damaged goods for our support review.
Refund will only be processed for verified damaged‑goods claims, after we receive and inspect the returned merchandise.
