Free shipping is available for orders over $100. Standard shipping rate applies for orders below $100.
Returns & Refunds
Finished jewelry products can be returned within 14 days after delivery. Items must be unused, with original packaging intact. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
Custom‑made / personalized items are non‑returnable and non‑refundable once production begins.
Damaged goods: Please contact us within 3 days upon receiving your package with photos for support.
Refund will be issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect returned goods.
