You may apply for a return or exchange within 30 calendar days after you receive the jewelry item. - Return Conditions
The item must be unused, in original condition, with all original packaging intact.
Damages caused by improper wear, man-made scratches, or lost parts are not eligible for free return.
Custom personalized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives broken or defective. - How to Apply
Please email us with your order number and clear photos of the item first. We will send you a return authorization before you send the package back. - Refund Details
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment account within 3–5 working days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and buyers need to cover the return shipping cost unless we sent the wrong item or the product arrived damaged. - Damaged Items
If your jewelry arrives broken or defective, please send us photos within 48 hours after delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund without return shipping cost.
