Return & Refund Policy

  1. Return Window
    You may apply for a return or exchange within 30 calendar days after you receive the jewelry item.
  2. Return Conditions
    The item must be unused, in original condition, with all original packaging intact.
    Damages caused by improper wear, man-made scratches, or lost parts are not eligible for free return.
    Custom personalized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives broken or defective.
  3. How to Apply
    Please email us with your order number and clear photos of the item first. We will send you a return authorization before you send the package back.
  4. Refund Details
    Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment account within 3–5 working days.
    Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and buyers need to cover the return shipping cost unless we sent the wrong item or the product arrived damaged.
  5. Damaged Items
    If your jewelry arrives broken or defective, please send us photos within 48 hours after delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund without return shipping cost.
